Official Letters of Invitation
Designed to help overcome possible administrative difficulties in certain countries, official letters of invitation will be sent if requested but only on receipt of a correctly completed registration form and the appropriate registration payment. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Committees or Congress to provide any financial assistance.
Official Language
The official language of the Congress will be English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.
Shuttle Buses
The congress is offering a complimentary shuttle bus service running between the SECC and key hotels from Sunday through to Thursday. The routes and timings for this service are available here. In addition, a service is offered on Thursday to the Glasgow International Airport from the SECC between 1200 – 1400 hrs.

Social Programme - Welcome Reception
All delegates and accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception on Sunday 9 November from 19.30-20.30hrs in the Exhibition Hall (Hall 4) of the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC). This will give participants an opportunity to meet friends and colleagues over drinks and canapés.
